First time bidder, Instructions for bidding- If you have bid with any other Marknet Alliance member you may use the same username and password without setting up a new account. Go to top of website home page, www.ayersauctionrealty.com. Click on Create Account, fill in information and here you will make a user name and password. Then scroll to auction of choice, click on "View & Bid", then "Login to bid". Agree to auction terms and conditions. Then scroll to item you want to bid on.  Place next asking bid (or refer to how to use max bid feature) in bid box (use a whole number, no decimals or $ signs, example 1000 for a $1000 bid). Click "place bid", your bid plus the buyer's premium will show, click confirm.  Sometimes you will see a note saying your bid is lower than someones max bid, at that point you will need to raise your bid to next asking bid.  You will be emailed and text outbid notices.   We are happy to help if you have questions, email [email protected]

How to use the Max Bid Feature- To place a Max Bid, place your max bid in the place bid box. The bid will only go to the next bid increment, and continue bid increments only if another bid is placed against you. The computer will stop bidding at your max bid. If the bid goes up to your max bid, and you want to bid more, simply place another max bid in the place bid box.
